3. Pricing & Payment

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select pin codes)

  • COD orders require mandatory verification via phone call or WhatsApp. Unverified COD orders will not be processed.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping timelines are generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier partner.

  • COD orders may take 1–2 days extra due to verification.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with a compulsory unboxing video as proof.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after successful quality inspection.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to product availability.

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

  • Frequent cancellations may result in permanent blocking of your account and reporting to other online platforms.
