Refund policy

At Prajashvi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to customer mishandling, washing, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products purchased during sale/discount/offers.

  • Customized or stitched products.

  • Items without the mandatory unboxing video proof.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@prajashvi.com within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video proof

  2. Once reviewed, our team will approve or reject your request.

  3. If approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

  4. After the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the product passes our quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to share your bank/UPI details for refund processing.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery, subject to availability.

  • The same conditions as returns apply (unboxing video, tags intact, product unused).

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

6. Cancellations & Repeated Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Frequent returns or cancellations may result in account blocking and denial of future services.
